Remote Office Allowance (Global)

Spend $2,000 to get your home office primed for optimal flow.

This is in addition to the MacBook provided by Resend.

Productivity Budget (Global)

$500 per year for team members for tools and systems that make them more productive. No questions asked.

Wellness Benefit (Global)

Utilize $300 per month towards your wellness journey, split into two limits:

$150 for mind wellness: therapy co-pays, meditation and mindfulness apps, wellness retreats, groups, or coaches, volunteering or creative class fees, and however you unplug (books, art materials, puzzles and board games, instruments, plants)
$150 for body wellness: workout classes, memberships, fitness apps and equipment (wearables, weights), fitness challenges and event entrance fees, nutrition programs, supplements, or coaches, and services like massages or acupuncture

These are just examples, so use it on whatever matters to you. The only exclusions are regular items, groceries, and routine aesthetic services (hair, nails, etc.).

The limits are intentionally separate. Some of us are great at prioritizing the mind but neglect the body, and vice versa. This benefit is an incentive to explore both sides.

It's also intentionally monthly and doesn't roll over. Both limits reset on the 1st. The goal is to build regular, ongoing wellness habits, not to save up for a big purchase.

Purchases are paid via your Brex card. If a purchase goes over your limit, pay with your personal card and submit the eligible amount for reimbursement within 30 days.
